you can even see the boat called the half moon which played host to this evening among several others, from which i can't find any photos.
![]() so today i walked home from work along the east river in manhattan, and saw some sights that i thought might help geographically connect some previous entries.
this is williamsburg beach, from the other side.
![]() but mayor bloomberg is all kindness when it comes to his constituency. you should have seen the kids getting signatures and old ladies posing for pictures.
![]() finished his interview and gladhanded the public for a while before exiting.
![]() take note of the man in the suit to the far left, with the cord hanging over his ear. no kidding, he kept speaking into the cuff of his shirt.
![]() today my department went down to katz's for lunch. this place has been in business since 1888. at the top of this picture you can see a sign commemorating a rather famous scene from the film "When Harry Met Sally" that was filmed here.
