Turns out it was the annual “Pleasant Valley Weekend” parade. At the start of their main street and the parade route there was a war memorial listing the names of Pleasant Valley soldiers who have died in combat engraved in a memorial stone wall, including 6 who have died in 'Operation Iraqi Freedom.'"
