instead of just posting signs on the other streets touching this block? I mean, if you killed someone and wanted to leave her body in a trunk somewhere, would you just drag it out to the curb or would you take it to some far away vacant lot? No more overgrown, junky vacant lots = no more places to hide a body = no more murderers getting away away = no more of you pretending to try to catch them by photocopying three dollars worth of color REWARD signs at KINKO's and calling it a day.
