i managed not to photograph any of the navy officers lurking about during fleet week, skulking in the corners of every cheezy shithole saddy dump in the commercial wasteland that is midtown. i also managed not to photograph the bicyclists on seven foot tall mounts that coasted past, standing on their seats. no, ladies and gentlemen, i forwent all that interesting photographic discourse on the culture of our city in favor of anonymous peoples' legs.
